Do You Have A Platinum Credit Card?

My hubby just received his new platinum credit card last month. A bank had upgraded our gold card to platinum card. Besides upgraded our cards, they also increase our credit limit. We are actually owned two credit cards which are free for life.

Due to the higher living standard, I can see many youngsters own a platinum credit card. I always told my hubby not to accept the offers because I am scared I will overuse of it one day and soon get into bad credit loans.

We actually refused to activate the cards, but at last we do accept the offer. Do you know why? It’s simple because the gift is so attractive. They offer us a VIP card for special parking lot at 1Utama Shopping Centre. Until now, we haven’t have time to visit to the 1Utama Shopping Centre.

I will do a budget for my monthly expenses. If I had spent over my budget, I will not use my credit card on the next month, so I will not involved in bad credit credit cards.

It is nice to have credit cards provided one knows how to control and budget one's spending. A good rule to keep in mind is that we do not use cards for everyday necessities unless there is money in the bank to pay it off immediately or by the end of the month.

Once one gets into the habit of saying 'never mind, I pay off slowly', that is when the debt builds up.

You sound like you are a careful person. So enjoy the benefits of the card.
