Mother’s Day Celebration

We went to have our Mother’s Day Celebration at Amigo steak House, Melaka Raya. This is a famous place for western food. Every time we have our dinner at Amigo, my mom just stared at us and she doesn’t dare to try western food. This restaurant was so crowded during the Mother’s Day. Some of them do queue up to wait for their turn.

This was the first time my mom tried Sizzling Fish after my persuading. My hubby favourite is Sizzling Black Pepper Chicken and I also ordered a Sizzling Fish for myself. I had ordered a mushroom soup for my dear son, Nelson. Besides, we had some onion rings and garlic bread. We do have a cup of Giant Apple Juice.

Do you know what my out-dated mom’s reaction is after this? She said the fish is tasty and nice. Luckily my mom can accept the food there, if not I am sure she will have an unforgettable Mother’s Day. So, how you celebrate your Mother’s Day?

your mom is quite adventurous after all, for her age. My FIL is quite adamant about not trying anything western cos he doesnt like anything cheesy on them even though we told him stuff like cajun chicken or jerk chicken are not cheesy
