Eliminate Credit Cards Debt

The price of fuel is so exorbitant nowadays. We have to save for our living. Everything seemed to cost an arm and a leg these days.

How to save money in this inflation world? I think we should change our lifestyle. Changing a lifestyle is not an easy task. It takes time and we need to have patient. So, don’t always pamper ourselves with those expensive food or branded things.

Last week, my hubby had applied for the Giant, Citibank credit card at Giant Hypermarket. I do agree to apply for this new card because we need to buy our stuff and the needy to our dear son, Nelson’s milk powder and pampers every month. Soon, they had approved my hubby’s credit card application. The processing of a new card approval is so fast nowadays. You can own a new card in only a week times. You can get a rebate of 2% for all the purchase in Giant.

According to the advertisement in the newspaper, we are entitled to get a RM 50 Giant voucher one the card is approved. But, we failed to get it because that RM 50 voucher is only for those who apply online or by SMS. It is so ridiculous, right? I think this is a way the bank try to attract customer to apply their credit cards.

In this case, I felt cheated. Using credit cards is actually good for those who are running a business. According to a survey, many youngster now had own credit cards. They have ended up facing bankruptcy because are unwilling to pay back their debts. If they doesn’t wish to be bankruptcy, the probably need some help from debt elimination department which can help them to eliminate debt. By this way, hopefully it will eliminating debt for them.

Do You Have A Platinum Credit Card?

My hubby just received his new platinum credit card last month. A bank had upgraded our gold card to platinum card. Besides upgraded our cards, they also increase our credit limit. We are actually owned two credit cards which are free for life.

Due to the higher living standard, I can see many youngsters own a platinum credit card. I always told my hubby not to accept the offers because I am scared I will overuse of it one day and soon get into bad credit loans.

We actually refused to activate the cards, but at last we do accept the offer. Do you know why? It’s simple because the gift is so attractive. They offer us a VIP card for special parking lot at 1Utama Shopping Centre. Until now, we haven’t have time to visit to the 1Utama Shopping Centre.

I will do a budget for my monthly expenses. If I had spent over my budget, I will not use my credit card on the next month, so I will not involved in bad credit credit cards.
